New Delhi: Lowe’s India’s Chief Technology Officer and Managing Director, Ankur Mittal, has been appointed to the NASSCOM GCC Council for the 2025–2027 term. His appointment highlights his role as a pioneer in forming the ecosystem of India’s Global Capability Centre going forward.
With a wealth of retail and technological experience, he is essential to the expansion and digital transformation of Lowe’s India. This honour demonstrates his contribution to enhancing India’s standing as a major international centre for technology. His experience and vision are expected to bring about significant change in the GCC.
An expert in supply chain systems, digital transformation, eCommerce, omnichannel retail, technology leadership, supplier management, product and engineering competence building, Mittal has been adept at working with start-ups and acquisitions.
He carries immense expertise in overcoming difficult business problems and making critical decisions in hectic, high-pressure situations by applying sound judgment, creativity, and a strong work ethic supported by experience.
A graduate from the Indian Institute of Management, Kozhikode (IIM-K) master’s degree, Mittal has been a visionary and goal-oriented senior executive with demonstrated experience in planning, developing and implementing various IT systems.
