New Delhi: HCLTech has partnered with Cisco to launch a managed Secure Service Edge (SSE) solution in response to growing enterprise demand for unified and scalable cybersecurity systems. The solution integrates Cisco’s Secure Access technology with HCLTech’s managed services to support enterprises managing distributed workforces and increasingly complex threat landscapes.
Focus on remote, AI-integrated environments
SSE, a cloud-native framework that merges security and network access functions, is becoming a core part of enterprise security architecture, particularly as hybrid and remote work models persist. The managed SSE solution developed by HCLTech and Cisco aims to secure corporate data access, reduce incident response time, and streamline policy enforcement across diverse digital environments.
The offering includes AI-enabled support to identify and respond to threats and manage compliance in real-time. It also offers protection for AI-based applications, which are increasingly being adopted across industries and are emerging as new targets for cyberattacks.
HCLTech’s global Cyber Security Fusion Centers will back the solution with AI/ML-driven threat analytics, allowing for faster detection and mitigation of security breaches.
Addressing enterprise complexity
With enterprise networks now spread across multiple geographies and platforms, the new solution is designed to simplify and centralize security controls. According to HCLTech, the SSE offering provides a modular, scalable framework, allowing organizations to consolidate various security tools under a single cloud-delivered service.
The company emphasized its experience in technology integration and incident response as key to supporting clients’ evolving cybersecurity requirements.
