Vineeth Suresh has been named Head of Heineken N.V.’s India Global Capability Centre (GCC), which is headquartered in Hyderabad and is formally established as Heineken Business Services India Private Limited.
Vineeth, who most recently held the position of Partner at KPMG, where he oversaw the GCC sector for Consumer Markets and Retail, has twenty years of extensive industry and consultancy expertise. Additionally, he has held top leadership positions at Tesco and Diageo, where he was responsible for global operations, digital enablement, and driving transformation.
Leveraging his deep expertise in global delivery models and consumer-centric businesses, Vineeth is expected to drive the growth of Heineken Business Services India (HBSI) into a strategic transformation and capability hub supporting the group’s global operations.
Ákos Magyari, Director at Heineken Business Services, said: “Vineeth’s appointment underscores Heineken’s long-term commitment to India as a strategic delivery location. Our India GCC will be a critical part of our global business services network, which is instrumental in enabling Heineken’s ‘EverGreen’ strategy focused on digitisation, productivity, and future-readiness.”
By providing crucial operations and digital skills across departments including finance, HR, procurement, supply chain, and data analytics, the India center would enhance Heineken’s current network of interconnected business services hubs.
