New Delhi: Junglee Games, a Flutter Entertainment company, has announced the elevation of Akansha Modi to the role of Director – HR, marking a significant milestone in her over 13-year career in human resources.
In her previous role as Associate Director – HR at Junglee Games, Modi played an instrumental part in driving strategic HR initiatives, advancing organisational development, and strengthening employee engagement over the last two years. Her career spans diverse leadership roles at nurture.farm, AB InBev, Dunzo, Uber, Infosys BPM and Standard Chartered Corporate & Investment Banking, where she built deep expertise in people-first strategies, learning and development, executive coaching, and talent retention.
Throughout her professional journey, Modi has led impactful HR transformations—spearheading people development at Uber, advancing HR business partnering at Dunzo and nurture.farm, and shaping learning & development frameworks at AB InBev.
In her new role as Director – HR, Modi will be responsible for further strengthening HR strategy at Junglee Games, fostering a high-performance workplace culture, and building an environment where talent can thrive—ensuring people practices are closely aligned with the company’s growth ambitions.
