New Delhi: IntraEdge has appointed Antra Virmani as its new Chief People Officer, bringing with her more than 18 years of experience in People and Culture leadership.

Virmani has a proven track record of building inclusive and future-ready workplaces, embedding diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) at scale, and designing transformative talent strategies. Throughout her career, she has held senior leadership roles at Thoughtworks, JPMorgan Chase, and Tavisca, where she spearheaded initiatives in employee engagement, organisational transformation, and leadership development. Recognised for her ability to drive change, she has consistently aligned people strategies with business priorities to deliver sustainable growth.

In her new role at IntraEdge, Virmani will lead the People function, partnering with business leaders to enhance employee experience, strengthen leadership capability, and cultivate a culture of collaboration, innovation, and inclusion. Widely regarded as a thought leader in HR, she actively contributes perspectives on the future of work, evolving workplace culture, and the strategic role of HR in business growth.
