New Delhi: Siteimprove has appointed Ritesh Daryani as its new Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO), effective immediately. Based in Bellevue, Washington, Daryani will report directly to CEO Nayaki Nayyar.
With over two decades of global HR leadership experience across leading technology companies, Daryani has a strong track record of building high-performance, people-centric cultures that enable business growth. Most recently, he served as Chief People Officer at Edifecs, where he played a pivotal role in scaling the organization from 450 to 1,300 employees and driving revenue growth from $70 million to $300 million. His leadership was instrumental in shaping an inclusive, mission-driven culture that supported the company’s successful acquisition by Cotiviti.
Speaking on his appointment, Daryani said:

Daryani’s career also includes leadership roles at Expedia, Infosys, IBM, CSC, HCL Technologies, and GE. He holds a master’s degree in human resources and industrial relations, and has pursued doctoral coursework in organizational psychology at the University of Lucknow and Seattle Pacific University.
