New Delhi: Accenture has appointed Parived Bhatnagar as Head of HR for EMEA and AIOC.
He took to LinkedIn to confirm his new stint, stating: “I’m happy to share that I’m starting a new position as Head HR, EMEA, AIOC at Accenture!”
Upon his new role, he will be responsible for:
– Partnering with EMEA Business Leads for ‘Profitable Growth’ through high-impact Organisation Transformation & Talent interventions
– Leading a team of 50 HR professionals to manage the employee lifecycle for 30,000+ employees
– Part of the HR Leadership Council of Accenture India
Bhatnagar has worked in South Asia, the Middle East, Southeast Asia, and North America, delivering solutions in Organisational Effectiveness, Talent Management, and People Strategy alignment.
His work spans both Fortune 500 companies and high-growth organisations, cutting across sectors including Manufacturing, IT/ITES, Telecom, Healthcare, FMCG, BFSI, Retail, Infrastructure, and Energy, among others.
A postgraduate from the Delhi School of Economics, Delhi University, Bhatnagar brings over two decades of rich, cross-functional experience across Corporate HR, Strategic HR, M&A HR, Organisation Consulting and HR Technology.
He has worked with leading global organisations such as Accenture, Aon Hewitt, Deloitte, and SAP, helping shape impactful people strategies and drive large-scale transformation initiatives.
