New Delhi: Mukta Nakra has been appointed as the Head of HR at Crocs India.
In her role, Mukta will be responsible for driving Crocs’ people and culture strategy, strengthening employee experience and supporting its expanding retail footprint.
This appointment aligns with Crocs’ continued focus on building high-performing teams, nurturing leadership pipelines and cultivating a strong, inclusive workplace culture.
Previously, Mukta has worked with American Express, Walmart India, Wiley, ABN Amro Bank and HP.
