Bengaluru: Akanksha Balsavar has been appointed as Director HR at Algonomy.
In her new role, Akanksha will lead strategic HR initiatives focused on talent development, learning, culture and organisational effectiveness.
Prior to her elevation, Akanksha played a key role in Algonomy in strengthening people processes, workforce planning, leadership development and performance management frameworks.
Earlier, she had also served as L&D specialist at Algonomy.
Before Algonomy, Akanksha has worked with antuit.ai, WOLVES by upGrad, Byram Holdings and Thomas Assessments.
