Mumbai: Shweta Mhatre has been appointed as Head – HR & Training of Lakme Lever.
In her new mandate, Shweta will lead the HR and training agenda for Lakme Lever.
She will align people strategy with business growth across Lakme’s expansive salon network.
Shweta will encompass talent management, capability building, workforce planning and strengthening Lakme’s training ecosystem to support stylists, employees and franchise partners nationwide.
Previously, Shweta held multiple HR roles at L’Oréal for a period of eight years.
Even before that, she had worked with Philips and Centrum India.
