Mumbai: Asnika Das has been appointed as Sr HR Business Partner by Tata Consulting Engineers (TCE).
In this new role, Asnika will partner with business leaders to strengthen talent management, workforce planning, employer branding and HR transformation initiatives.
This will support TCE’s multi-sector engineering and infrastructure growth across domestic and global markets.
Asnika has two decades of experience in various HR roles with organisations like IdeaForge, Embee Software, HR Anexi, Rhenus Logistics, The Ravalgaon Sugar Farm, Heritage Vision Education Trust, Bharti Airtel and ICICI Prudential Life Insurance.
