New Delhi: Akanksha Kanojia has been promoted to the role of head of talent, culture & DEI at Bharti Airtel.
In her new role, Akanksha will bring together Airtel’s talent, culture and DEI priorities under a unified framework.
She will lead Airtel’s efforts across leadership development, organisational culture abd diversity, equity and inclusion.
Akanksha will attempt to build future-ready leadership pipelines, embed inclusive practices into core people processes and shape a high-performance culture.
Akanksha had been with Airtel for 13 years since 2011 in various HR positions.
Most recently, she headed HR for DTH and customer experience businesses.
