New Delhi: Albinder Dhindsa has taken over as the Group Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Eternal Limited following Deepinder Goyal’s decision to step down from the role.
Eternal is the parent company of Zomato and several fast-growing digital businesses in food delivery, commerce, and B2B services.
Dhindsa is currently the co-founder and CEO of Blinkit, the quick-commerce platform formerly known as Grofers. He played a key role in building Blinkit’s rapid-delivery model and is widely credited with shaping India’s instant grocery delivery space. Over the years, he has built a reputation for strong operational discipline and execution.
As CEO of Eternal, Dhindsa will oversee Zomato and its allied businesses, placing him at the centre of the group’s strategic and operational decision-making. He is expected to drive growth across food delivery, commerce, and business-to-business segments. The leadership transition marks an important phase for Eternal as it looks to scale its diversified digital portfolio.
Meanwhile, Deepinder Goyal has been appointed Vice Chairman and Director on the Board of Eternal Limited, continuing his involvement at the board level.
Dhindsa holds a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from IIT Delhi and an MBA from Columbia Business School in New York.
