Bengaluru: Madhukar Pandey has been appointed as Talent Acquisition Leader – India (Software) at IBM.
In his new role, Madhukar will lead IBM’s software talent acquisition strategy in India.
He will strengthen IBM’s hiring capability, stakeholder alignment and leadership readiness in the software business.
Earlier, Madhukar served as Sr Associate Director – Talent Acquisition at Allegis Global Solutions GCC.
Even before that, he held senior leadership roles at KPMG, Barclays, NetAmbit, MeraDoctor, Reliance Broadcast Network, MetLife, HDFC Life, ICICI Prudential and NIIT.
