Hyderabad: Naresh Kumar Gunda has been appointed as Head of Talent Acquisition at Matrix Pharmacorp.
In his new role, Naresh will spearhead talent acquisition strategies across corporate functions and key pharma domains.
These will include API, intermediates and peptides spanning research, manufacturing and sales.
Naresh will also develop recruitment processes to attract top talent for the pharma sector.
He will also strengthen operational efficiency through structured hiring execution and team leadership.
Prior to Matrix, Naresh served as AGM Talent Acquisition at CuraTeQ Biologics, where he led talent acquisition strategies for CuraTeQ Biologics and TheraNym Biologics.
Earlier, he worked for over 6 years in various HR roles at Dr Reddy’s Laboratories.
Previously, Naresh has worked with Novartis, Randstad India, AstraZeneca, Nefer HR Consulting and HarNeedi.
