New Delhi: Commvault has appointed Nithya Cadambi as General Manager, Global Centres of Excellence (GCoEs).
In this role, Nithya will spearhead COE strategy, operational execution, and talent development to strengthen innovation, accelerate collaboration, and enhance customer outcomes.
Nithya previously served as Commvault’s Senior Director of Finance in India and a business partner to Commvault’s Chief Customer Officer organization.
In that capacity, she drove financial strategy, operational discipline, and cross-functional alignment across customer-facing teams worldwide.
Her leadership helped scale global capabilities, improve execution rigour, and strengthen collaboration across engineering, services, support, and sales engineering.
Nithya’s appointment reflects both the impact she has delivered and the growing strategic importance of the GCoEs within Commvault’s global capability center network. Commvault has maintained a strong presence in India for over two decades.
The GCoEs serve as a microcosm of the broader enterprise, uniting teams across the region to integrate engineering, AI advancement, managed services, and customer operations to support innovation, scalable delivery, and long-term capability building.
Prior to joining Commvault, Nithya held instrumental roles at Dell EMC and PwC, contributing to business transformation and operational excellence initiatives across global organizations.
