Mumbai: Natasha Chander has been appointed as Regional HR Head Mumbai and Business HR Lead Pan India Corporate Functions of Tata Tele Business Services (TTBS).
In her new role, Natasha will lead the people agenda for the Mumbai region while partnering with corporate functions across India.
Previously Natasha was Deputy VP HR at IIFL Finance where she led the Workforce Experience charter spanning talent acquisition, talent management, employee engagement and employer branding.
Natasha also contributed to ESG-aligned HR initiatives and served on the internal POSH Committe from January 2025.
Natasha has also worked as a Founder of Expanse Coaching. She also did HR Consulting through assignments with Integriti Consulting.
Before that she had worked in various HR roles at Kotak Mahindra Bank, Sterling & Wilson (a Shapoorji Pallonji company), TCS and Larsen & Toubro.
