New Delhi: Kartik Rao was named chief people officer of Vahan.ai with effect from May this year.
Rao is in charge of developing an AI-first business and product in this new position that aims to provide chances for India’s more than 300 blue-collar workers.
He took to LinkedIn to confirm of his new stint, “Joining the amazing team of Vahan.ai as Chief People Officer to be on the mission to break the Ovarian Lottery – where you are born shouldn’t decide your financial well-being.”

Rao has worked in marketing, people management, and brand planning for more than 15 years. Rao was Senior Vice President-Founder Initiatives and Group Chief People Officer at The Good Glamm Group before joining Vahan.ai.
