Mumbai: Megha Negi has been promoted to GM -Talent Acquisition at Vodafone Idea. In her new role, Megha will lead Talent acquisition initiatives for Vodafone Idea, as well as focus on hiring leadership and support capability-focused talent.
She has been performing similar responsibilities for the last four years at Vodafone Idea as AGM & Lead – Talent Acqusition (Corporate HR).
Previously Megha has worked on various headhunting and leadership hiring roles at Hilti India, Zribble and L&T.
Megha also worked as an Independent Consultant supporting mid to senior abd leadership hiring.
