PwC India to Mentor 15 Startups in AI, Blockchain under New Accelerator

PwC, Supervity Join Hands to Replace RPA with AI Agents

New Delhi: PwC India has launched its first startup accelerator programme, ‘Emerging Tech Startup Challenge,’ to support early-stage firms in artificial intelligence (AI), blockchain, and other emerging technologies.

Programme Aims to Strengthen Startup Ecosystem

The initiative seeks to provide selected startups with mentorship, consulting services, and industry insights to enhance their market readiness. PwC India said the programme is open to startups working in AI, data analytics, blockchain/Web 3.0, space tech, Industry 4.0, and spatial reality.

A total of 15 startups will be selected for the three-month accelerator, which will offer access to subject matter experts and 25 hours of pro-bono consulting in management, technology, funding, taxation, and go-to-market strategies. The programme will be conducted in a hybrid format, allowing startups from across India to participate.

Focus on Multiple Sectors

PwC India stated that it is particularly interested in innovations that can impact industries such as retail, manufacturing, financial services, infrastructure, healthcare, and telecom in both B2B and B2C segments. Sanjeev Krishan, Chairperson, PwC India, said that supporting emerging technology startups will contribute to a stronger and more sustainable tech ecosystem in the country.

Access to Industry Experts and Demo Days

The programme will include workshops, one-on-one mentoring, and demo days, where startups will present their solutions to potential investors and industry stakeholders.

PwC India’s network of advisors will also help participants refine their business strategies to align with market demands. With increasing interest in AI and blockchain-driven solutions, the accelerator aims to address challenges faced by Indian startups in scaling and commercializing their innovations.
