Hemant Kumar to Helm the Leadership at Infogain as VP & Head of People Experience & Talent Transformation

Infogain has appointed Hemant Kumar as its new Vice President & Head of People Experience & Talent Transformation. With over 17 years of experience in HR across diverse industries and global markets, Kumar will lead the company's people-first strategies and strengthen its global HR operations.

New Delhi: With over 17 years of diversified and progressive HR experience spanning multiple industries and geographies, Hemant Kumar has been appointed as the new Vice President & Head of People Experience & Talent Transformation at Infogain.

A strategic and innovative HR leader, Kumar brings with him a rich blend of expertise in people transformation, talent strategy, culture building and delivering outstanding people experiences.

He took to LinkedIn to confirm his new stint and said: “I’m happy to share that last month I plunged on an exciting career adventure as Vice President & Head of People Experience & Talent Transformation at Infogain!”

An alumnus of IMT Ghaziabad with an MBA in HR and IT, and a graduate in Engineering from Sikkim Manipal Institute of Technology, Kumar’s academic foundation is further strengthened by certifications in Scrum, Data Science & People Analytics, Servant Leadership and Data-Driven Hiring to Retire Processes.

Over the years, Kumar has successfully led multiple large-scale HR operations and strategic initiatives, including the implementation of Workday HCM, in collaboration with Big Four consulting firms and global product leaders. His career has seen him take on pivotal roles across domains like Talent Management, Development, Engagement and HR advisory — acting as a trusted partner on people and organisational matters.

His mission has consistently remained clear: to act as a thought partner and problem solver to business leaders, translating business goals into people-first strategies while building globally benchmarked HR capabilities.
