New Delhi: An important milestone in Janesh Kumar’s career has been reached with his appointment as the new Chief Human Resource Officer (CHRO) at Genus Power Infrastructures Ltd., which took effect in July this year.
Having worked for industry titans like Airtel, Dr Reddy’s, Abbott, RPSG and JSW Steel for more than 20 years, Janesh brings extensive knowledge of HR strategy, HR technology, and creating high-achieving teams. Combining academic depth with real-world leadership experience, he holds a B.Tech degree, an MBA in HR and a Certified Executive Coach certification.
