Mumbai: Kotak Mahindra Bank has announced the appointment of Nilesh Chaudhari as the new Chief Technology Officer (CTO).
The decision has been taken after the resignation of former CTO Bhavnish Lathia.
Chaudhari has 29 years of experience in global banking and technology. He has previously worked with leading institutions such as JPMorgan, Barclays, Citigroup, and IDFC First Bank. His expertise spans payments, core banking, treasury, digital platforms, data, and large-scale technology transformation across 20+ countries.
Currently, at Kotak Mahindra Bank, Chaudhari plays a key role in driving strategic technology initiatives across Wholesale Banking, Commercial Banking, Treasury, GIFT City operations, and assurance platforms.
