Rajiv Sharma promoted as VP – HR L&D at Bandhan Bank

Kolkata, 8 Apr, (CXO Media): Rajiv Sharma has been promoted as VP – HR L&D at Bandhan Bank.

In his new role, Rajiv targets to strengthen the learning and development agenda of the bank as well as people capability and employee development.

He will also focus across talent development, on-boarding, organizational capability and training leadership.

Rajiv has been serving Bandhan Bank as DVP – HR (L&D) for more than a decade.

Previously Rajiv served as Branch Manager at HDFC Bank and Axis Bank and as Area Sales Manager at ICICI Bank.
