Mumbai: Sandeep Rath has been appointed as the new head of HR for Kotak Mahindra Prime, the NBFC arm of the Kotak Mahindra Group.
In his new role, Rath will spearhead the Organization’s people strategy, leadership development and workforce capability initiatives.
He will focus on strengthening talent pipelines, enhancing employee engagement and driving organisational effectiveness.
Rath has held various HR positions within the Kotak Mahindra Group before this elevation.
Before Kotak Mahindra Group, Rath has worked at ICICI Bank, L&T Financial Services and the Aditya Birla Group.
Rath’s focus on modernising HR processes, leveraging data-driven decision making and integrating HR tech solutions is expected to accelerate Kotak Mahindra Prime’s digital and cultural transformation journey.
