Mumbai, 10 Apr, (CXO Media): Dr Rajiv Sinha has been appointed as Head HR Digital Transformation & Digital Learning at Larsen & Toubro.
In his new role, Rajiv will focus on learning, digital systems, HR excellence, IT applications and building organizational capability.
Previously he served as Head Business Excellence & Digital Learning, Corporate HR, L&D for a decade.
He has also served L&T as Head IT Application & Knowledge Management for GCC operations and also as DGM Knowledge Management & IT.
His experience will encompass HR digital transformation, LMS and LXP initiatives, digital academies, business excellence and knowledge management.
Before L&T, Rajiv had served Tata Steel as Manager Improvement Group.
