Mumbai, Apr 22, (CXO Media): Tata Steel has deployed a fleet of over 300 specialized AI agents in just 9 months across its global organization.
This partnership with Google Cloud should help Tata Steel scale its autonomous capabilities and consequently drive efficiency and precision across its global operations.
The Zen AI platform has unified historical structured operational data with unstructured sourcrd like video, documents within a secure, governed framework.
This has empowered a new generation of developers among Tata Steel’s global workforce.
The internal portal Tata Steel Digital Assistant (TDA) has Synthesizer once siloed information into a single interface. It thereby acts as a command center for decision making.
The AI agents can provide predictive market intelligence and even turn data like call recordings and PDFs into actionable insights.
TDA also assists the internal HR helpdesk in resolving more than 70% of routine employee tickets autonomously.
A specialized AI agent Safety EyeQ anslyzes live video feeds in high-risk zones to ensure strict adherence to Tata Steel SoPs.
Tata Steel’s agentic deploymentd are supported by a scalable infrastructure built on Google Cloud Run with access to over 200 models on Google Cloud’s AI Agent Platform.
This multimodal approach leverages Google’s Large Language and Vision-Language Models such as Gemini and Palli Gemma.
