Before rejoining IIFL Finance, Raje was Vice President – Human Resources at Kotak Mahindra Bank, where he played a key role in talent management and leadership strategies. He has also held HR leadership positions at Kotak Securities and Bombay Realty, focusing on talent acquisition and workforce optimization.
Raje is an alumnus of XLRI Jamshedpur and holds an MBA in HR & Finance from the University of Abertay. His return to IIFL Finance signals the company’s intent to enhance HR processes through digital transformation.
