Sharma brings over 20 years of extensive marketing leadership experience across sectors such as technology, life sciences, manufacturing, and information management. She has a strong track record of establishing and scaling marketing functions, enhancing brand equity, and achieving measurable business outcomes. Her expertise spans brand marketing, digital transformation, account-based marketing (ABM), and full-funnel demand generation.
Before joining RMSI, Sharma held senior marketing roles at prominent organisations, including Iron Mountain and Tata Consultancy Services. In these roles, she played a crucial part in driving strategic marketing transformations, executing successful go-to-market programs, and building robust marketing automation and CRM ecosystems to enhance customer engagement.
