Mumbai: Hindustan Unilever Limited (HUL) has announced the appointment of Rajneet Kohli as the Executive Director for its foods business unit. He will step into his new role starting April 7.
Kohli brings over 28 years of experience in the consumer goods and retail sectors. He joins HUL from Britannia, where he served as the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Executive Director. During his tenure, he played a key role in strengthening Britannia’s position in the competitive food and bakery segment through product innovation, brand building, and digital transformation. Prior to Britannia, he held leadership roles at Jubilant FoodWorks, The Coca-Cola Company, and Asian Paints. Notably, he also served as the President and Chief Business Officer at Domino’s India, where he contributed to its growth and market leadership.
In his new role, Kohli is expected to drive HUL’s growth in the food segment, leveraging his expertise in brand strategy, digital capabilities, and innovation to strengthen the company’s market leadership.
