Jindal Stainless Launches Its New Employee Value Proposition, Showcasing Its People-Centric Growth

New Delhi: Jindal Stainless, India’s leading stainless-steel manufacturer, unveiled its new and impactful Employee Value Proposition (EVP) with a video capturing the company’s five EVP pillars—learning opportunities, nurturing leaders, exposure to the stainless steel industry, sense of community and freedom to experiment.

The video emphasises how these pillars are woven into the company’s operating DNA and have played a significant role in Jindal Stainless’ transformation, from $2.4 billion to $4.7 billion in just three years, with aspirations to grow multifold in future.

The video takes viewers on a journey of real employee voices and experiences. It opens with a call to action for ambitious professionals and moves swiftly through the stories of young leaders, women in core manufacturing roles, innovators pushing boundaries in AI and collaborators working with global institutions.

As the video flows through sectors like defence, aerospace, infrastructure, and nuclear energy, it ties the individual employee experience with the company’s contribution to nation-building and global progress.

Speaking on the occasion, Managing Director, Jindal Stainless, Abhyuday Jindal, said:

“When I look back at Jindal Stainless’ journey over the last few years, I feel immense pride in how we’ve grown. Not just in numbers, but in the way we’ve done it. Our people have been at the centre of everything. This video showcases some of the extraordinary individuals of our company who have transformed challenges into achievements and ideas into impact. It reflects who we are and what we aspire to become as we move towards our goal of global leadership in stainless steel. And as we progress and help in nation building, I am confident that we will continue to collectively grow more people in their careers as well.”

Chief Human Resources Officer, Jindal Stainless, Sushil Baveja said:

“This video is more than just storytelling. It’s a reflection of who we are as an employer. Each story in the video represents one of our five EVP pillars. Whether it’s early leadership, freedom to experiment, or the strong community spirit we share, these are not aspirational ideas. These are lived realities at Jindal Stainless. With this video, we are proud to present to the world a glimpse into the workplace we’ve built and continue to shape every day.”

With inspiring visuals shot across its manufacturing sites, corporate offices, and community spaces, the video not only highlights personal growth and professional successes but also underscores a deeper purpose. From contributing to national infrastructure like the Vande Bharat Express to uplifting rural communities through healthcare via treating thousands of patients at the Jindal hospital and imparting education, Jindal Stainless emerges as an organisation where careers are built with pride, and work is driven by impact.

The EVP video encourages new talent, current employees, and industry peers to view Jindal Stainless not just as a company but as a community with a shared vision of growth and innovation.

The EVP video was conceptualised by one of JSL’s creative agency partners, Viral Rabbits, and executed in collaboration with Mumbai-based production house Nine Angle Productions.
