New Delhi: Tech Mahindra has appointed Arnav Sharma as Chief of Staff to the CEO & MD.
Sharma took to LinkedIn about his new stint: “I am pleased to share my appointment as the Chief of Staff to the CEO & MD at Tech Mahindra. In my new role, I will lead the CEO office, and my team will be responsible for driving strategic initiatives through various collaborations as we accelerate our momentum.”
“I am grateful to the leadership team, Mohit Joshi, Peeyush Dubey, Atul Soneja, Richard Lobo, Rohit Anand, for this wonderful opportunity and look forward to contributing to our journey of taking,” Sharma added.
In his new position, Sharma will collaborate closely with Mohit Joshi, the CEO and MD, to improve strategic focus, expedite growth plans in international markets, and optimise operations.
Having worked with the organisation for more than eight years, Sharma has been instrumental in several transformational projects, especially in the field of enterprise and digital technologies. His promotion is in line with Tech Mahindra’s emphasis on agile leadership as it negotiates a quickly changing IT services landscape.
