New Delhi: Hari Menon has been appointed as the Global Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) of Eternis Fine Chemicals, effective June.
In his new position, Menon will be in charge of developing and carrying out Eternis’ worldwide people strategy, promoting talent management and spearheading organisational culture change.
With a plethora of international human resources experience, Menon has worked in India, France, Singapore, Malaysia and Switzerland in addition to holding top leadership positions at Mitsui, CMA CGM, Alstom and the TATA Group.
Establishing a high-performance culture and luring, nurturing and keeping great personnel are essential to Eternis’ continued growth, as well as success as it expands its global presence and enters the personal care market.
Menon is presently working on a PhD in human resources. He has a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management and a Human Resources Management certification from the University of Michigan Ross School of Business.
