With a revenue growth target of USD 400 million by 2030, Mindsprint has revealed ambitious intentions to expand its operations in India. The company’s transition to an AI-first business and its investment in India as a key research and delivery base are at the heart of this approach.
India is where its worldwide transformation has its roots. The business intends to expand its workplace in Bengaluru in addition to its recently completed 87,000 square foot building in Chennai, which includes a Customer Experience Center and Technology Hub. Collaboration, co-creation, and producing enterprise-level innovation are the main goals of these centers.
CEO Suresh Sundararajan emphasized: “We’re not just building a tech company—we’re building a force multiplier. Anchored in India, we are expanding globally while nurturing a culture of AI-driven transformation.”
CTO Sagar P.V. stated: “We are not retrofitting AI—we are building it into the DNA of enterprise workflows.”
Mindsprint predicts a 5–7% increase in IT investment despite market uncertainties and notes a move away from “run” to “change” spending, which favors its digital engineering products.
India is the talent and innovation powerhouse, and new global operations in Sydney and New Jersey further solidify its client-centric global delivery strategy.
With more than 3,200 workers and clients in more than 60 nations, Mindsprint is quickly emerging as a pioneer in AI-driven business transformation, putting India at the front of its upcoming expansion stage.
