New Delhi: Real-time communication company Agora has partnered with AI agent provider WIZ.AI to deliver scalable, enterprise-ready AI agent solutions across voice and video channels. The collaboration focuses on real-time engagement and multilingual support for industries including banking, telecom, and insurance.

Focus on Local Language Support, Contextual Understanding

WIZ.AI brings over six years of experience in building localized AI voice agents tailored for Southeast Asian markets. The agents, used in sectors like BFSI and telecom, are designed to replicate natural conversations with customers and adapt to regional linguistic nuances. The partnership will integrate Agora’s real-time infrastructure with WIZ.AI’s automation tools to deliver agents capable of contextual understanding and seamless customer interaction.

According to the companies, the solutions will support both inbound and outbound use cases—ranging from customer service to campaign activation—while incorporating real-time analytics and performance monitoring capabilities.

Integration Targets Full Communication Stack

The joint offering will combine Agora’s low-latency communication SDKs and conversational AI engine with WIZ.AI’s scenario-based automation. The goal is to provide a full-stack solution, covering:
