New Delhi: With immediate effect, FINDI Ltd. has named Randeep Singh as its new Group Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO). The calculated action is made at a pivotal juncture in FINDI’s development as the business gets ready for a planned initial public offering (IPO) and expands nationally.
Singh brings with him more than 23 years of extensive experience in a variety of industries and international marketplaces. Throughout his career, he has held executive positions at well-known firms including PwC, Macquarie, Essar and Reliance Retail, where he oversaw HR transformation projects in the US, India, Europe, Southeast Asia and the Middle East.
Most significantly, Singh co-founded HONO, an HR tech firm that is currently active in ten countries, demonstrating his profound proficiency in fusing digital innovation with people strategy.
The HR operations for all of FINDI’s verticals—FindiATM, FindiBANKIT, TSI and Unified Banking Centres—will be managed by Singh in his new position. His task is to design a people and culture strategy that facilitates FINDI’s growth, encourages adaptability and gets the company ready for life as a publicly traded company.
Deepak Verma, Managing Director and CEO of FINDI, welcomed the appointment, stating, “At FINDI, we believe that our people are the foundation of every milestone we aim to achieve. As we build systems of financial access that are not just efficient, but human, we need leadership that can bridge scale with soul. Randeep’s deep expertise in HR tech, operational rigour and global growth makes him the right person to lead our people charter forward”.
“I’m delighted to join FINDI at such a defining moment in its journey,” stated Singh, expressing his excitement. In my opinion, FINDI is a location where transformation, technology and people all come together in a significant way. My main goal will be to create a culture that is human-centred, tech-enabled and prepared for the future.
In order to spearhead the company’s next stage of expansion, Singh will collaborate closely with the leadership of every business unit while working out of FINDI’s corporate headquarters in New Delhi.
