New Delhi: Neelam Joshi has been promoted as Vice President of Human Resources at Digit Insurance. Joshi, who is based in Pune, was promoted in honour of her strategic contributions, effective leadership and strong adherence to the company’s people-first concept.
Her hiring coincides with Digit’s efforts to scale its business and reaffirm its dedication to organisational agility and employee experience.
Since joining Digit Insurance in 2019, Joshi has been instrumental in forming the organisation’s HR business partnerships, employee engagement and talent strategy.
She has been in charge of crucial HR tasks for almost six years, working with departments like Claims, Legal and Reinsurance to create a cohesive and productive staff.
Her promotion to vice president is a testament to her capacity to lead people-centric innovation, facilitate cross-functional cooperation, and negotiate complex organisational dynamics in addition to her steady performance.
