Director of HR Service Delivery Santosh Khandoba has been hired by Samsung’s HARMAN International. He will be in charge of HR Service Delivery in this new position, which will be centered on promoting operational excellence, improving employee satisfaction, and facilitating HR transformation on a large scale. “This role allows me to combine my passion for Service Delivery, Global HR Helpdesk, and building high-performing global capability centers,” he posted on LinkedIn.
He joined in this new role, a month ago, but announced on LinkedIn on June 30. “I’m thrilled to share that I’ve joined HARMAN International as Director – HR Service Delivery,” he added.
He spent more than six years as Director of HR Service Delivery APAC at Kantar before to joining HARMAN. He oversaw strategic initiatives at Kantar in collaboration with executive leadership, advancing both short- and long-term plans that had a significant influence on APAC.
He brings more than 20 years of industry experience to HARMAN. Leading HR transformations and creating strong HR standards in a variety of markets, such as India, APAC, EMEA, and Latin America, are his areas of expertise. Throughout his career, he has held important positions with well-known companies including IBM, Accenture, Genysis, and Kantar, where he has effectively implemented strategic roadmaps and improved HR competencies.
