Mumbai: Udita Agarwal has been elevated by HSBC to SVP – people business consultant.
In her new role, Udita will focus on building strategic partnerships with business leaders and HR Centres of Excellence to drive organisational growth, culture and people priorities and streamline customer journeys.
She will also lead performance and pay review cycles across critical business lines.
Udita joined HSBC in 2018 as AVP – talent acquisition. She later served as SVP and head of talent management, leading leadership development, succession planning, capability building for campus and early-career talent and integrated emerging digital priorities into learning ecosystems.
Before HSBC, Udita has worked with Axis Bank, Welingkar Institute and Atos.
