New Delhi: PwC has appointed Saj Samuel as Managing Director, Global Human Capital at PwC.
He took to LinkedIn to confirm his new stint, stating: “I’m happy to share that I’m starting a new position as Managing Director, Global Human Capital at PwC!”
Samuel has over 20 years of experience developing leaders at various stages in their careers. He joined PwC in 2004, and serves as the leader of PwC’s Global Centre of Excellence dedicated to partner key talent, succession and development. He has been responsible for creating, leading and consulting on experiential leadership strategies aimed at helping individuals develop the skills and behaviours to take on increasingly challenging and complex roles.
Samuel holds a B.A. from Dartmouth College in Biology modified with Psychology and continues to be fueled by his interests in neuroscience and its applicability to how leaders learn, grow and change.
