New Delhi: GoTo has integrated the SentinelOne Singularity® endpoint detection and response (EDR) platform into its LogMeIn Resolve IT management tool, enabling Managed Service Providers (MSPs) and enterprise IT teams to manage security threats and endpoint operations from a single console.
The integration comes amid rising cybersecurity costs, with the average global data breach now valued at $4.9 million. By embedding SentinelOne’s AI-powered EDR capabilities within Resolve, GoTo aims to streamline threat detection, incident response, and forensic analysis without requiring teams to switch between platforms.
Key capabilities include the detection of known and unknown threats such as ransomware, file-based malware, and zero-day vulnerabilities, with security alerts displayed alongside endpoint management workflows. The platform offers continuous 24/7 monitoring, real-time remediation from within Resolve, and enhanced forensic tools for detailed investigations.
The unified setup is designed to accelerate response times, reduce operational complexity, and give IT teams greater visibility into security events. This approach aligns with an industry trend toward consolidating IT and security operations to improve efficiency and resilience.
Joseph George, General Manager of GoTo’s IT Solutions Group, said the integration focuses on providing actionable intelligence and automation in one trusted environment, supporting faster and more coordinated responses to evolving cyber threats.
With this move, GoTo positions LogMeIn Resolve as a single hub for both device and security management, reflecting a broader shift in enterprise IT toward integrated, security-first infrastructure solutions.
