New Delhi: Vehere, a cyber defense software company, has appointed Sanjay Bhardwaj as Managing Director for India and ASEAN, marking a leadership shift aimed at strengthening its presence in two fast-growing cybersecurity markets. Bhardwaj, who previously served as Vice President – Sales, will now oversee the company’s regional operations and growth strategy. The appointment reflects Vehere’s focus on aligning leadership with the expanding demand for advanced network defense solutions across Asia.
Bhardwaj has been associated with Vehere for over three years, contributing to sales, customer engagement, and partnerships. His new role expands his responsibilities to regional strategy and operations at a time when both governments and enterprises are stepping up investments in cybersecurity. He brings more than 20 years of experience in IT and cybersecurity sales, having worked with global firms including Forescout Technologies, McAfee, Huawei-3Com, and Wipro. His career spans enterprise network security, channel expansion, and business development areas considered critical as cyberattacks increase in scale and sophistication.
The appointment comes against the backdrop of heightened demand for cyber intelligence capabilities in Asia, where regulatory frameworks around data protection and national security are driving adoption of advanced security tools. Vehere, headquartered in New Delhi, develops AI-powered cyber network intelligence solutions used by defense, intelligence, and enterprise clients worldwide. Bhardwaj said his focus will be on deepening customer relationships, expanding the company’s regional footprint, and strengthening its role in national and enterprise security across India and ASEAN.
