Pune: Fulcrum Digital has announced the appointment of Gulveen Kaur as Senior Vice President – Insurance.
The appointment strengthens the company’s leadership team and underscores its focus on domain-led digital innovation within the insurance sector.
Kaur brings over two decades of experience across the insurance and IT industries in Asia. She joins Fulcrum Digital from Capgemini, where she managed delivery, client engagement, and operations for insurance and banking in the Southeast Asia region, based in Hong Kong. Before Capgemini, she held leadership roles at AXA Hong Kong, Manulife Asia, and MetLife, where she led major initiatives in platform development, digital transformation, and core insurance modernization.
In her new role, Kaur will lead Fulcrum Digital’s global insurance practice, providing both strategic and operational leadership across technology solutions, products, and services. She will focus on enhancing the company’s value proposition and expanding its global insurance footprint by leveraging Fulcrum’s strengths in digital engineering, business services, automation, and AI-driven innovation through its proprietary agentic AI platform.
According to Fulcrum Digital CEO Dhana Kumarasamy, Kaur’s appointment reflects the company’s commitment to combining deep industry expertise with cutting-edge technology. He emphasized that her leadership and experience in driving digital transformation within the insurance industry will play a central role in shaping Fulcrum’s next phase of growth.
Kaur said her vision aligns with Fulcrum’s mission to blend technology, data, AI, and customer-centric design to drive purposeful innovation. She aims to collaborate with teams globally to develop impactful solutions that help insurers navigate the evolving digital landscape.
Throughout her career, Kaur has led large-scale transformation programs across policy administration, distribution, servicing, contact centers, cloud transitions, and process consulting—delivering measurable business impact for insurers across the APAC region.
