As the CHRO and Whole Time Director at ESDS, how do you integrate HR strategy with the company’s broader digital transformation goals, particularly in a rapidly evolving tech landscape?
We think it is the people that make up ESDS’s digital renaissance. I have confidence in Growth Mindset, and I think it is part of what my job should bring, which is making sure our HR strategy does support not only make possible this growth mindset. It’s beyond taking onboard tools. At the same time, were working to create an agile, innovative culture through engagement and empowerment of our people.
