Bengaluru: Total Environment has appointed Pavankumar Hansoge as Group Chief Operating Officer, signalling a strategic effort to strengthen its product and project delivery functions. The company announced the leadership change on 2 December in Bengaluru.
Hansoge brings more than three decades of experience in engineering, manufacturing, and large-scale operations across global markets. His professional background spans Bosch, Unilever, and PepsiCo, where he most recently served as Vice President – International Engineering. In these roles, he led capital projects, automation initiatives, and sustainability-focused technology rollouts across multiple regions. His exposure to diverse engineering systems and cross-functional environments positions him to take on operational responsibilities at Total Environment, a company known for integrating design, engineering and manufacturing in-house. He holds a mechanical engineering degree from B.M.S. College of Engineering, Bengaluru.
Total Environment said the appointment is part of its ongoing efforts to build stronger systems and deepen operational capabilities as the company manages a growing pipeline of residential projects. Founder Kamal Sagar noted that Hansoge’s experience in engineering-led transformation and execution will support the firm’s design-driven approach and internal product organisation.
In his new role, Hansoge will oversee design, engineering, construction, and manufacturing functions. His mandate includes improving collaboration between teams, strengthening craft and production capabilities, and enhancing execution standards across the company’s delivery ecosystem. He said he aims to work closely with teams to build scalable systems as the organisation expands its residential and commercial footprint.
Total Environment, founded in 1996, develops custom-designed homes and manages parts of its supply chain in-house, including furniture, metalwork, and property management. The company has delivered 1,600 homes across 5.5 million sq. ft. and reported sales bookings of Rs 3,007 crore in 2024. It currently has around 4,000 homes and 14 million sq. ft. under construction.
