Gurugram: Stanza Living has entered into a strategic partnership with Aliste Technologies to install smart electricity meters across all its properties in India.
The move marks a major step in Stanza Living’s push to build fully tech-first managed living spaces that combine comfort, convenience, and innovation for young, mobile residents.
The rollout supports the company’s long-term vision of using technology as a core pillar of its managed living model.
Reimagining Rental Living
Since its launch, Stanza Living has focused on redefining rental housing for students and young professionals who move to new cities for education and work. The brand operates high-quality residences that go beyond basic accommodation.
Residents have access to daily meals, gyms, laundry services, high-speed WiFi, and curated community events. These services are designed to reduce daily friction and help residents focus on their studies, careers, and personal growth.
Smart Energy Management at Scale
The partnership with Aliste Technologies strengthens Stanza Living’s technology stack by introducing smart electricity management across its portfolio. Using Aliste’s energy management platform, Stanza Living will now process utility payments through more than 18,000 smart meters.
Residents across over 400 properties in 16 cities will be able to view real-time data on their electricity usage and monthly bills directly within the Stanza Living app. This will provide clear visibility into consumption patterns and costs.
Bringing Transparency to Electricity Billing
Electricity billing in shared living spaces has traditionally been complex, with manual readings, multiple occupants, and frequent reconciliation issues. The new system replaces these challenges with automated meter readings that support prepaid payments, detect tampering, and reduce operational leakages.
The approach ensures fairness and transparency while also improving efficiency for property operations.
Each resident can now track electricity usage and payments through a single app interface. The Stanza Living app also allows users to pay rent, raise service requests, track laundry, access food menus, and share feedback.
