Kolkata: Subhashish Das has been appointed as Group CHRO at AmbujaNeotia Group.
He will spearhead strategic human capital initiatives across the group’s diversified businesses in real estate, hospitality, healthcare and education.
AmbujaNeotia Group has pioneered iconic projects like Udayan, Upohar The Condoville, City Centre Salt Lake and The Ffort Raichak.
Subhashish began his career at Ambuja Cements, where he headed HR and stayed for 11 years. His return marks a full-circle moment in his career.
After that, he worked with Berger Paints India for 14 years as VP – Corporate HR & Personnel.
Subsequently, he worked for three years at Alok Industries, a Reliance Group company, as President HR & CHRO.
In his last stint, Subhashish served as President HR & CHRO for over two years at J M Baxi Group, where he led HR transformation, talent management and leadership initiatives.
