New Delhi: Neha S has been promoted to EVP and head HR for Airtel Business at Bharti Airtel.
In her new role, Neha will focus on building leadership capability, strengthening talent pipelines and ensuring organisational readiness.
Neha has spent 18 years across diverse HR leadership roles spanning different Airtel Business units.
She joined Bharti Airtel in January 2007 as head of HR operations. In 2015, she was appointed head of HR for the Madhya Pradesh and Chhattisgarh circle.
In 2016, Neha became GM-Group HR of Bharti Enterprises and was later elevated to VP and corporate head HR in December 2018.
Neha returned to Bharti Airtel in June 2021 as Head- Talent, Learning & Culture. In September 2022, she was promoted to SVP and head of HR for Market Operations.
In June 2024, Neha assumed the role of EVP and head of HR – Market Operations and contractual workforce.
