New Delhi: Pomelo Employer Branding has strengthened its senior leadership team with two partner-level appointments as India’s Global Capability Centres (GCCs) and technology companies face growing pressure to attract and retain skilled talent.
The firm has appointed Jasprit Khurana as Senior Partner – People Advisory & HR Strategy and Karan Bamba as Senior Partner – Business, Transformation & Employer Brand, effective December 2025. The move reflects a shift in employer branding priorities, where organisations are increasingly evaluating alignment between brand messaging, leadership practices and people systems.
India remains one of the fastest-growing GCC hubs globally, but industry observers note that employer branding is now judged on outcomes such as workforce stability, leadership credibility and operational alignment rather than visibility alone. Pomelo said the appointments are intended to bring deeper people and business advisory input into employer branding engagements, particularly for large, scaling technology and GCC environments.
Khurana brings over 25 years of experience in HR leadership, having worked across India, the UK, the Middle East and Southeast Asia. His role will focus on aligning employer value propositions with HR strategy, compensation frameworks and leadership capability. Bamba, with more than three decades of experience across large enterprises, including telecom and industrial sectors, will work on linking employer branding initiatives with business transformation and operating models.
Pomelo stated that employer branding remains its core focus, but the leadership expansion aims to improve credibility and measurable outcomes for clients navigating complex talent and organisational challenges.
