Mumbai: Ruchee Anand has been appointed as VP – Talent Solutions, Asia Pacific at LinkedIn.
In her new role, Ruchee will lead LinkedIn’s Talent Solutions strategy, growth agenda, and customer impact across Asia Pacific.
She will drive skills-based hiring adoption, data-led recruitment transformation, and workforce agility for enterprises across diverse regional markets.
Ruchee has served LinkedIn in various HR positions for 13 years. Lastly, she served as Sr Director- Talent, Learning & Engagement Solutions, where she held full P & L ownership and GTM strategy growth and market expansion.
Prior to LinkedIn, Ruchee has also worked at Naukri.com, AuthBridge Research Services and GTL Ltd.
